The yacht had finally come home after a three year circumnavigation of the World, of which this is the only boat and family from Christchurch who have achieved this.

Conor and Marion said they had been shown a great kindness by the welcome from family, friends and supporters as they made their return through Mudeford back to Christchurch Sailing Club and that they were touched that Mudeford Servant was there to lead the escort home.

The attached pictures show the homecoming as seen from the lifeboat.
