Byline: On Tuesday 23rd September 2014 Belfast Coastguard was contacted by the owner of a yacht that was adrift off Greenock.
Page Content: The vessel had experienced engine failure and, with only himself on board, the owner was unable to sail back to the James Watt Dock.  The lifeboat crew was paged and the boat launched at 1312 hours.  The crew located the vessel and towed it back to the James Watt Dock where the owner had a berth.  Once the vessel was secured alongside, the lifeboat returned to base and reported ready for service again at 1430 hours.
