Byline: Flamborough RNLI’s Fun Day takes place on Bank Holiday Monday 31 August, from 12 noon until 4pm at South Landing in Flamborough.

Promising fun for all the family, there will be a wide variety of stalls including bric-a-brac, cakes and jams and a collection of souvenirs.

There will be many different activities that people can turn their hand to, including tombola, raffles, hook a duck, bouncy castles, maggot racing, name the lifeboat man, the famous ‘Chucky Egg Chuck’, local fortune teller ‘Madame Flamborina’, donkey rides on the beach and much more!

There will be a BBQ and light refreshments available, and of course the rescue demonstration by  Flamborough RNLI, accompanied by the new SAR Coastguard helicopter (weather permitting).

Admission is free (but donations are welcome).

All of the proceeds will go to Flamborough RNLI to help save lives at sea.
